"Drove to Kia Cardinal from Brampton to see a vehicle I saw on AutoTrader. Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by 3 friendly employees who offered me a warm beverage and snacks. Paul was exceptionally friendly, easy to talk to and demonstrated excellent customer service. He introduced me to the manager and the owner. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle, the vibes at the dealership were relaxed but professional and I really enjoyed my experience. Paul, Majid and Durda all went above and beyond to make it a great deal for both parties. Huge thank you to Kia Cardinal for all your help this morning and we can't wait to take this new vehicle on many adventures!"
